1. Introduction & Scope

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 008pub ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, processes, stores, uses, and shares personal information obtained from individuals ("Members," "Users," or "you") who access or use the online gaming platform operated at 008pub.cam (the "Platform"), including all associated mobile-optimized interfaces, account portals, customer support channels, and communications.

Where 008pub engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, game content providers, and cloud infrastructure vendors — those providers act as Personal Information Processors and are bound by contractual obligations to process personal data only on 008pub's instructions and in accordance with this Policy and applicable Philippine law.

3. Information We Collect

008pub collects personal information through several channels, including your account registration, the use of Platform features, payment transactions, customer support interactions, and automated technical systems. The categories of personal data we collect include:

3.1 Registration & Identity Data

When you create a member account with 008pub, we collect: your legal full name; date of birth; gender; Philippine mobile number; email address; residential address in the Philippines; and the username and password you create for your account.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

As required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law, we collect copies of government-issued identification documents (such as UMID, driver's license, Philippine passport, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID), proof of address documents, and in certain circumstances, documentation establishing your source of funds. This data is collected and processed exclusively to fulfill our legal KYC obligations.

3.3 Financial & Transaction Data

We collect records of all financial transactions conducted through the Platform, including: deposit amounts, dates, and originating payment methods (GCash account references, Maya account references, BPI/BDO/Metrobank account identifiers, USDT wallet addresses); withdrawal amounts, dates, and destination payment methods; and complete gaming transaction history including bet amounts, game outcomes, and win/loss records.

3.4 Technical & Device Data

We automatically collect technical information when you access the Platform, including: IP address; device type, model, and operating system version; browser type and version; mobile network operator (e.g., Globe, Smart, DITO); unique device identifiers; session start and end times; pages and features accessed; and referring URLs.

3.5 Communications Data

6.4 Corporate Transactions

7.3 Marketing & Preference Cookies

These cookies allow 008pub to remember your promotional preferences and display relevant offers and content during your sessions. They are only placed where you have provided consent through the Platform's cookie preference center.

7.4 Managing Cookies

8. Data Retention

008pub retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following retention requirements:

• Active account data: Retained for the full duration of your membership with 008pub plus a post-closure retention period.
• KYC and identity documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law (AMLA).
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AMLA requirements and PAGCOR financial record-keeping obligations.
• Responsible gaming records: Retained for the full duration of any active restriction or exclusion period, and for a minimum of five (5) years thereafter, to support re-application screening and regulatory reporting.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, or longer if the interaction relates to an ongoing dispute or regulatory investigation.
• Marketing data (where consent given): Retained until you withdraw your consent or for a maximum of two (2) years from last engagement, whichever is sooner.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized in accordance with NPC-recommended data disposal standards.

9. Data Security

Notwithstanding the above, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage method is completely secure. You use the Platform and transmit personal data at your own risk for any security breach that is outside 008pub's reasonable control.

10. Your Data Subject Rights

008pub will respond to data subject rights requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Where the complexity or volume of the request requires additional time, we will notify you within the initial 15-day period and provide an updated timeline not exceeding forty-five (45) business days in total.

11. Children's Privacy

The 008pub Platform is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, individuals under the age of twenty-one (21). 008pub does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a member is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all gameplay records will be reviewed in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements, and all personal data associated with the minor will be deleted to the extent not required to be retained for regulatory purposes.

13. Marketing Communications

008pub may send you promotional materials, bonus offers, new game announcements, and other marketing communications by email, SMS, or push notification, provided you have given your consent to receive such communications at registration or through your account notification settings.

You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time through one of the following methods:

• Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email from 008pub;

15. Amendments to This Policy

008pub reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in Philippine data protection law, NPC guidance, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or changes in 008pub's data processing activities.

Where a material amendment is made to this Policy, 008pub will provide advance notice to registered members via email to the address associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, prior to the amendment taking effect. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to remain informed about how 008pub protects your personal data.
