1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member," "User," or "Player") and 008pub ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 008pub.cam (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any gaming activity offered by 008pub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 008pub Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law governing casino-style online gaming.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of an organization.
• You are not a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where accessing the Platform would violate applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of 008pub or any affiliated company, game provider, or technology supplier.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or from any PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

008pub reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified by 008pub may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of any balance therein pending regulatory review.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 008pub Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, mobile number, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 008pub employs automated and manual detection tools to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are detected, 008pub reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets and bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

3.2 Registration Information

When registering an account with 008pub, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and a secure password. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 008pub immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 008pub shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security or from your failure to report suspected unauthorized access in a timely manner.

3.4 Account Transfers

Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account, account credentials, or any balance held within your account to any third party. Any such attempted transfer shall be void and may result in the immediate suspension of all accounts involved.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

008pub is legally required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation to verify the identity of all members prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to allowing continued gaming activity. This verification process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer or KYC.

4.1 Required Documentation

008pub may require you to provide any or all of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of any valid Philippine government-issued photo ID, including but not limited to: UMID, driver's license, Philippine passport, SSS card with photo, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the past three (3) months showing your name and current Philippine address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the GCash, Maya, or bank account used for deposits.
• Source of Funds: Documentation establishing the legitimate source of funds deposited into your 008pub account, if requested.

4.2 Verification Timeline

008pub aims to complete standard KYC verification within twenty-four (24) business hours of receiving complete and legible documentation. During any pending verification period, 008pub reserves the right to temporarily restrict withdrawals. Gameplay may continue during verification unless 008pub determines that a hold on all account activity is warranted by regulatory requirements or fraud prevention protocols.

4.3 Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe, or the provision of false, altered, or misleading documentation, will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of winnings and referral of the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

008pub accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Available payment methods are subject to change and the current list is always displayed in the Platform's cashier section.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). Individual payment providers may impose their own minimum transaction limits which may exceed the 008pub minimum. The applicable minimum for each payment method is displayed at the time of transaction.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are processed instantly upon successful authorization by the respective e-wallet provider. Deposits made via online banking are subject to the processing timelines of the relevant Philippine bank and may take up to three (3) business hours to credit. 008pub accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the 008pub Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise explicitly specified for USDT transactions. Amounts displayed in your account balance and transaction history are denominated in Philippine Pesos.

5.5 Deposit Limits

008pub may impose maximum deposit limits per transaction, per day, per week, or per month, either as a general platform policy or as applied to individual accounts in response to responsible gaming concerns or regulatory requirements. Members may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits through the responsible gaming section of their account dashboard.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Withdrawals are available to members whose accounts have been fully KYC-verified in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement. Members with pending KYC documentation requests may not withdraw funds until verification is complete. Withdrawal requests will be assessed against any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and the portion of the balance attributable to unmet wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.

6.2 Processing Times

008pub targets the following withdrawal processing timelines for verified accounts:

• GCash & Maya: 5 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank online banking: 1 to 3 business days, subject to inter-bank processing schedules.
• USDT: Processing subject to blockchain confirmation times and may vary.

Processing times are targets only and not guarantees. 008pub reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times beyond the targets stated above.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount per request is ₱200 (two hundred Philippine Pesos). Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent that this is technically possible. 008pub reserves the right to require withdrawals to a specific payment method for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

008pub offers various promotional bonuses to its members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the Platform and form part of this Agreement.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a member's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is specified in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, only real-money bets (not bets funded by bonus balance) contribute toward meeting wagering requirements. Certain game categories — including but not limited to live casino, certain table games, and sports betting — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirement completion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

008pub actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times; systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gameplay risk; collusion between accounts; and any other conduct that 008pub reasonably determines to constitute exploitation of promotional terms rather than genuine engagement with the Platform. Where bonus abuse is detected, 008pub reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, restrict account access, and close the account.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds not wagered within the applicable expiry period (as specified in each promotion's individual terms) will be automatically forfeited from the account balance without notice.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the 008pub Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which has been independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RTP (return-to-player) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the records maintained by 008pub's server logs shall be the definitive and binding record of the outcome. 008pub shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical faults occurring on the Member's own device, internet connection, or local network. Bets accepted in error due to technical malfunction may be voided at 008pub's discretion.

Live dealer game rules are governed by the rules specific to each table variant, which are displayed within the game interface. General casino game rules of baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and sicbo apply as published on the Platform.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 008pub Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game offered thereon. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of such errors are void.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of card counting, pattern exploitation, or advantage-play technique that falls outside the rules of the applicable game.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law, using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technologies.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any 008pub employee, support agent, live dealer, or other Platform user.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure, security systems, or data.

10. Responsible Gaming

008pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all its members. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable and entertaining activity, and we recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. 008pub provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from every member's account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) during which gaming activity is not permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period selected and are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Regular in-session notifications displaying your net gaming session results.

11. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 008pub.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

008pub collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

008pub is committed to protecting member personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and any PAGCOR-mandated data handling requirements. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 008pub and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

008pub's total cumulative liability to any individual member arising from or related to this Agreement or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their 008pub account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude 008pub's liability for death or personal injury caused by 008pub's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14. Suspension & Termination

14.1 Suspension by 008pub

008pub reserves the right to suspend or restrict a member's account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) 008pub has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of this Agreement; (b) KYC verification is pending or has failed; (c) suspicious financial activity or potential fraud is detected; (d) regulatory compliance obligations require such action; or (e) a responsible gaming concern has been identified.

14.2 Termination by 008pub

008pub may permanently close a member's account immediately upon: (a) material breach of this Agreement by the member; (b) confirmed fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct; (c) confirmed age restriction violation; or (d) PAGCOR direction or court order. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending regulatory review and investigation.

14.3 Voluntary Closure

A member may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 008pub customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be cleared or any associated bonus balance forfeited. Verified balances will be returned to the member's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeline following confirmation of closure.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and issuances. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to 008pub's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].

008pub shall use its reasonable efforts to resolve any member complaint within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's designated dispute resolution mechanism for online gaming operators operating under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or other equitable remedies before a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

16. Amendments to These Terms

008pub reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 008pub will provide notice to members via email to the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
